- Order
- Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. In the confirmation, you will find all the details about products, price, billing, and shipping address.

- Delivery
- Our normal delivery times are 2-3 days. Note! Orders placed on weekends will be shipped no earlier than the following Monday.

- Prices
- All prices in the store are stated in SEK, and all prices include 25% VAT.
- Private customers within the EU pay Swedish VAT at 25%.
- We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, printing errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
- Right of Withdrawal
- When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the time you have received an item you ordered.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal: - You must notify us that you are canceling your purchase. The notification should be sent to [email protected]. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, order number, and which items are being returned.
- You should immediately, and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, return the products to us.
- You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be well-packaged and in their original packaging.
- Regarding the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the product if the product is used or damaged.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to: - Products that, for health or hygiene reasons, have been sealed (sealed), and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you.

- You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
- The complaint should be sent immediately after discovering the defect.
